How to stop my UK pension in Spain falling with exchange rates

Can you stop your pension being affected by exchange rates if you’re receiving it in a different country?  The answer is Yes! Here’s the secret that your bank won’t tell you!

Does your expat pension keep going up and down every month in Spain?

Yes! Is there a magic way of stopping it?

Actually yes, but it’s not magic. However, it is remarkable what you can do, and the banks won’t like me telling you this!

So how can I stop my pension going down when the exchange rate goes down?

Just to be clear, you’re in Spain, or any country with a different currency, and your pension is being transferred from a place with a different currency, let’s say the UK for example.

Each month your pension is being sent either directly to your Spanish bank account from the pension company, or from your UK high street bank, or you’re using one of the many online banks.

I’ve heard the online ones have the best exchange rates, is that true?

At any moment in time, that might be the case, but what if there’s a way of keeping a great exchange rate the same every month for a whole year, or even two years?

Can’t the online banks do that?

No, you can keep your eye on the exchange rate and transfer an amount when you want, but they don’t have the facility to guarantee the same rate for the whole year.

What if you wait for a good exchange rate and transfer the whole 12 or 24 months worth together?

Most people’s pension gets paid every month and they need it every month.

So what’s the solution?

Here’s what you do. Set up a free account with my mate Jack Wiggs at Smart Currency Exchange. He’ll tell you how you can get your pension paid through them at a rate you agree on. And it doesn’t go down if the rate goes down.

Is it safe?

Completely safe, it’s all regulated.

And Jack isn’t on commission, which is quite refreshing.

Is there a catch? There’s always a catch.

Well, you do have to sign your soul away to Satan and the all his legions and roast for eternity in the fires of Hades.

What?!

Only kidding.

How do I sign up with Smart then? I don’t want my pension to keep changing.

It’s very easy, click on the link HERE and follow the instructions.

Won’t I get charged by my Spanish bank for the transfer from abroad?

No, it’s all done through a Spanish account. And they can transfer Euros straight to your utility company every month too if you want.

What about the other currency companies? How do I know which one does the best rates?

Well, it’s not all about the rates, but if that’s something you’re concerned about, ask Jack and he’ll tell you what he can do about it.

What if I have any more questions?
